Competitive Pay
Start at $16/hour during training and move to $20/hour after training. Up to $25/hour for experienced cleaners. We reward employees who learn quickly and take pride in their work.
Tips & Performance Bonuses
Earn additional income through customer tips, Google review incentives, and bonuses for helping customers enroll in our service plans.
