The RCS messaging program is operated by Power Clean. We use RCS messaging through Twilio to send service‑related communications, including estimates, appointment reminders, invoices, and customer‑support messages.

Message frequency and content
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring RCS messages from Power Clean
• Messages are primarily transactional (e.g., scheduling, confirmations, and support) and may occasionally include promotional updates.
• The approximate message frequency depends on your bookings and interactions (for example, a few messages around each scheduled service).

Message and data rates
You understand that RCS messages are delivered over the internet and may use your mobile data plan or Wi‑Fi.

• Power Clean is not responsible for carrier charges or coverage issues.

Opt‑out instructions

After you opt‑out, we will stop sending RCS messages and retain your opt‑out status to prevent future messages.
